The Eyes of the Ocean

The eyes of the ocean
Both pristine and wide
Encircle emotion, encapsulate time
Constantly shifting as ships voyage deep
Swallowing sorrow with patience and ease

Water is mercy to these starlit eyes
The people of Earth, wander far just to find
By paths tretcherous and hills hard to climb
Observing the currents in silence by night

In such contemplation, the man can uncover
Enviornments buried, vast, and discover
Through feelings so somber, reality sweet
A rapturous ember that blossoms beneath

Yet still seldom see these pearls that glisten
The speakers will speak, while the wise
sit and listen
Remembering rumbles, convex and concave
The eyes of the ocean...
that give rise to each wave
